Since our homes are completely customizable, it is hard to give accurate pricing. On average, prices range between $125-$140 a square foot.
How long does it take to get a custom Endurance home?
For a fully finished out home the current lead time is 10-12 weeks.
Can I order a partial finish out?
Absolutely! We love when our customers want to get hands on and complete some of the finishing touches themselves. We are here to help along the way too!

Is delivery included in the price?
It is! Delivery, anchoring, and leveling are included within 100 miles from our location. If you are outside that area, we are happy to get a delivery quote for you.
How to I prepare for my home to be delivered?
Our team is here to walk you through every step. We will give you a detailed plan for your exact situation to include the pad needed, blocking, gate size required, etc.
What are the financing options?
We have many different financing options available for you. Construction loans, personal loans, and in some cases owner financing is available.
Does the home come with a warranty?
Yes, it does! We have warranties to cover every part of the building, including the interior workmanship!
