We have many different options. The homes under 400 square feet include a refrigerator and a two-burner stovetop. Any home over 400 square feet has a full-size refrigerator, stove oven, and microwave. All homes come with a water heater. Depending on customer preference and size, we can use a tankless or traditional water heater. We do provide the washer and dryer hookups but not the units.
All homes come with Mini Splits Systems that provide cooling and heating. Under 400 square feet comes with 1 12,000 BTU mini split. Over 400 sf comes with a two-head 18,000 BTU mini split system.
Delivery is included in our price for up to 100 miles from our location. If outside 100 miles, we are happy to provide you with a quote.
We must ensure the gate/fence opening is at least 2′ wider than the building. No low-hanging electrical wires or trees that will keep the delivery driver from being able to enter the property. We recommend putting down a 4″ packed and leveled road base pad. We can provide this service if you are within 100 miles of our location. We provide a sheet to show you exactly what is needed for your home.
We typically range between 8-12 weeks.
We can provide you with a home as tiny as 199 sf or as big as you want. Any home over 16′ wide has to be built on your homesite.
Because our homes are completely customizable, the prices can vary. It averages between $105-$145 a sf.

The shingles are a 30-year architectural shingle; the metal is a lifetime warranty, 29-gauge metal. All exterior siding is an LP smart panel siding made by the LP corp and is fastened to the walls with 2″ nails. This siding has a 50-year limited warranty against termites or fungal decay. All flooring is a 5/8″ pro-shed tongue & groove flooring made by LP Corp and has a ten-year limited warranty against termite damage or fungal decay.
